A WOMAN has been cut free from the car she was driving and been taken to hospital with a head injury after a crash with a parked vehicle today (Thursday).
Firefighters used cutting equipment to free a 44-year-old woman from her white Smart car after it collided with a stationary silver Chevrolet in Bedwell Crescent, Stevenage, at around 11am.
The woman was taken to Lister Hospital in the town with minor head injuries.
The road was temporarily closed but has since reopened.
