Bosses responsible for trains across Stevenage and North Herts will face up to their critics at a public meeting this morning.
Representatives of Govia, which runs both the Great Northern and Thameslink routes, will explain their recent efforts to improve services to a County Hall committee.
The meeting was arranged after Hertfordshire County Council cabinet transport chief Derrick Ashley highlighted delays caused by driver shortages over the summer.
