Emergency crews including an air ambulance are in attendance in Stevenage town centre after a car crashed into a wall this morning, leaving the driver trapped.
The male driver of the Vauxhall Vectra was left trapped inside the car after the crash in Swingate, near the Ibis hotel, shortly before 8.30am.
The driver was treated by paramedics at the scene and released from the car at 9.23am.
Two fire engines, both from Stevenage, are at the scene, which is ongoing. Police and the air ambulance are also in attendance.
