A cyclist who was in a coma following a crash with an HGV on the A507 near Arlesey is now in a stable condition, police have today confirmed.

The crash happened on Arlesey Road at about 2.30am on New Year’s Day, with the A507 around Arlesey closed for some hours afterwards.

Officers looking into the incident are still appealing for anyone with information to call Beds police on 101.
