A CYCLIST was hospitalised this morning (Wednesday), following a collision with a car in Hitchin.
The cyclist, a man in his 40s, was in a collision with a car in Periwinkle Lane this morning.
The East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) was alerted to the incident just after 7.30am, with Letchworth GC paramedics attending.
EEAST spokesman Gary Sanderson said: “[The man] was slightly injured and following treatment by the ambulance crew, was taken to the Lister Hospital in Stevenage for further care.”
