A BROKEN down vehicle caused delays on a dual carriageway during the morning (Tuesday) rush hour.
Police attended a silver Vauxhall Tiagra at around 7.30am which had broken down in Martins Way, Stevenage, heading towards the busy A602 Hitchin Road and Gunnels Wood Road roundabout.
The road was temporarily blocked causing tailbacks, but has now been cleared.
