A BUS-load of passengers have escaped unhurt after the vehicle collided with a truck this afternoon (Friday).

A silver Ford minibus – transporting passengers from Arlesey to Letchworth GC – was in collision with a white Eveco tipper truck at 12.15pm today in Arlesey New Road at the junction with Wilbury Hills Road.

Police attended the scene but no one required hospital treatment.

The E7 service, run on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council, had been travelling from Biggleswade and was approaching its final destination when the crash occurred.
