An air ambulance landed in Hitchin last night to attend to a ‘seriously unwell’ man.
Two ambulances, a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance officer were also called to Nightingale Road near the Hitchin Chop Suey Bar after concerns for a man’s welfare.
An ambulance spokesman said the man was reported to be ‘seriously unwell’ but no more information is available at present.
