A lane closure is in place on the A602 between Hitchin and Stevenage following a collision between a car and a lorry.
Police were called at 3.57pm today to reports of a collision on the A602 near to Blakemore End Road.
A blue Toyota Prius and a white lorry were involved.
The ambulance and fire services were also called to the scene.
The road remains partially blocked and vehicle recovery is being arranged.
