A car ended up on its roof last night after a two-vehicle collision which shut the A507 near Stotfold for almost four hours.
Emergency services were called to the road – near to the Baldock services off the A1(M) – at about 7pm after a Nissan Micra rolled over following a collision with a Mercedes car.
No-one was trapped in the vehicle, but two people were taken to Lister Hospital in Stevenage to be treated for injuries – which are not thought to be serious.
A section of the road was shut at Junction 10 of the A1(M) while debris was cleared from the road, before reopening at about 10.45pm.
