The A505 has reopened between Royston and Baldock – two hours after it was closed due to a crash.
Police were called at 6.17am to the Weston Hills Tunnel heading towards Letchworth, and closed the road at the junction with the B656 Wallington Road.
A force spokeswoman said: “Two vehicles were involved in the crash – one was on its roof – and one man has been taken to the Lister.”
Traffic was diverted at the Baldock exit, and the spokeswoman has now confirmed the road reopened at 8.18am.
