A stretch of the A1 and A1(M) around Sandy, Biggleswade and Baldock will be closed for a number of overnight periods next week for essential maintenance.
From 9pm on Monday to 6am on Tuesday, the northbound carriageway between Junction 10 of the A1(M) to the Biggleswade south roundabout will be closed. This will include entry at Langford and the entry slip road at Junction 10.
From 9pm on Tuesday to 6am on Wednesday, the A1 northbound from the Biggleswade north roundabout to the Sandy roundabout will be closed – with traffic diverted off at Junction 10 of the A1(M), near Baldock.
Between Wednesday and Friday, June 13 and June 15, the same stretch of road southbound will be closed, including side roads.
Weather permitting, all work will take place between 9pm and 6am, with signed diversions in place during this time.
