A man has been detained under the Mental Health Act following a house fire.
Police have confirmed a man being detained after a house fire on Cleveland Way in Stevenage earlier today.
One person was rescued by the emergency services but did not require hospital treatment.
Officers say the investigation into the fire is still ongoing.
