An air ambulance has landed in the middle of Letchworth this morning after a woman in her 80s was taken ill at a town centre supermarket.
The helicopter, from the East Anglian Air Ambulance charity, has landed in Broadway Gardens after the incident at Morrisons, off Broadway.
Police and paramedics are also at the scene after emergency crews were called at 8.23am.
