A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after a six-vehicle pile-up on the A1(M) this morning (Friday).
A 28-year-old woman was taken to Lister Hospital with minor injuries following a crash at 8.10am on the southbound carriageway between junction seven for Stevenage and junction six for Welwyn.
One lane was closed while vehicles were recovered and spilt oil was removed but reopened at 10.15am.
A total of four cars and two vans were involved, following initial police reports that it was a five-car collision.
