The next meeting takes place tomorrow evening in the Council Chambers at the Simpson Centre at 7.30pm, residents are welcome to attend. They are hoping to co-opt a councillor, full details of what is involved are available at the office in the Simpson Centre, on 01462 730064, closing date Friday, February 17. Resident's views are being sought as to the future of the public conveniences situated at the top of Brook Street. Mid Beds District Council will not be maintaining them in the future and the Town Council require opinions of local people is needed. The annual cost to the Council if they are kept will be approximately £5,270 per year.
