A three-vehicle collision in Letchworth earlier this afternoon left a woman trapped in her car.
A portion of Green Lane was closed after emergency services were required to free a woman – who was in her 20s – from her Peugeot car.
Police officers – who remain on the scene – were called to Green Lane at about 1pm after the collision, and closed a section of the road for about two hours.
The woman was taken to Lister Hospital in Stevenage to be treated for minor injuries to her knees and back.
