THREE men have been charged with robbery following an incident at a train station.
The British Transport Police launched an appeal after a man was robbed at Stevenage Railway Station in September, and three 21-year-olds from Camden, London, have now been charged with the offence.
Daniel Shepherd, of Oakshott Court, Polygon Road, Khalif Mohammed, of Wellesley House, Churchway, and Kamal Abdi, of Barker Drive, are due to appear at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on Friday, January 11.
Detective constable Gerry Griffin said: “I’d like to thank the media and the members of public that came forward and assisted officers in this investigation. Thanks to this vital information, we were able to trace three men.”
