THREE men escaped serious injury when a dustcart overturned and crashed onto a grass verge.
The bin lorry had just negotiated the mini roundabout on Gresley Way, near the junction with Magpie Crescent, Stevenage, when it toppled over at 11.30am on Tuesday.
The three men inside the cab escaped with only minor cuts and bruises.
Two fire crews from Stevenage attended the incident as well as one ambulance. A section of the road was closed until around 3.40pm while the vehicle was recovered.
