Where Boro fans are playing each other. This is an opportunity to raise money for the Bobby Moore Fund (in conjunction with Cancer Research). We are looking for people to come and support the teams and donate a little money. It will be held at King George
Where Boro fans are playing each other. This is an opportunity to raise money for the Bobby Moore Fund (in conjunction with Cancer Research). We are looking for people to come and support the teams and donate a little money. It will be held at King George's park this Saturday at 10.30 am.
Stevenage Museum: Heritage open weekend September 8-10, a chance to visit buildings not usually open to the public. Birds of Prey September 23, 2-4pm - The Raptor Foundation are bringing rescued owls hawks and falcons to the Museum. Come and see them fly and find out more about their care and conservation. Cost: £2 (£1 concessions) Calling all BAe employees September 30, 2-4pm - Did you work for English Electric, the British Aircraft Corporation or British Aerospace? Would you like the chance to meet old colleagues and help the Museum update its archives too? Drop in for a chat, see what the Museum has in its store and have your story added to the archive. Tuesday, September 26 Masterpieces of the 20th Century - The ever-popular Anthony Slinn returns to talk about some of the most important developments of the last 100 years. Cost per Talk: £3.50 (£2.50 concessions). Numbers are limited, so please book in advance. Down Memory Lane 10.30am - noon, join us for a coffee and a chance to share your memories.
