IF your car has come to the end of the road, it can still be put to good use.

Herts Fire and Rescue Service's training centre in Hitchin Road, Stevenage, is asking members of the public with old cars they no longer need to donate them.

The vehicles, for which there must be the V5 logbooks, will then be used for road traffic collision training.

To get rid of your car, simply call ahead on 01438 847320 and then take it to the training centre.
