Jade Eaton: 25, of Abbots Grove, Stevenage, was fined £550 plus £175 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on February 17.

Alana Conway: 27, of Furzedown, Stevenage, was fined £220 plus £142 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address between January 6 and February 7.

Lisa Harris: 42, of Queen Street, Hitchin, was fined £440 plus £164 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on December 6.

Katherine Isacc: 25, of Boscombe Court, Letchworth, was fined £220 plus £142 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address between December 4 and January 5.

Teresa Ferrie: 42, of Southfields, Letchworth, was fined £660 plus £141 costs and was awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between December 14 and January 10.

Anne-Marie Thompson: 31, of London Road, Baldock, was banned from driving for 14 months, and fined £120 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 136mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in London Road, Baldock, on May 15.

Stephen Cox: 48, of Wiltshere Crescent, Hitchin, was fined £880 plus £151 costs and was awarded six penalty points after driving without insurance on an MOT along the A505 Cambridge Road at Hitchin on December 3.

Matthew Turnball: 22, of Manor Way, Letchworth, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £320 plus £117 costs after giving a breath specimen of 55mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, on the northbound A1(M) at Welwyn Garden City on June 24.

Steven Porter: 30, of York Road, Stevenage, was made subject to a restraining order lasting until September 15 2018, ordered to attend rehabilitation appointments for 40 days, and instructed to pay £145 costs after breaching a restraining order imposed by magistrates on January 7 2015 by making contact on three occasions via Facebook, at Stevenage between April 4 to May 7.

Kelly Taylor: 28, of Prestatyn Close, Stevenage, was fined £200 plus £115 costs after stealing goods worth £48 from Asda in Stevenage on May 18, and returning goods that had not been paid for intending to make a gain, namely gift vouchers worth £48, also at Stevenage on May 18.

Jarrett Johnson: 23, of Seebohm Close, Hitchin, was committed to prison for four months suspended for 18 months, ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and instructed to pay £225 costs after being found in possession of an offensive weapon, namely a knife, in Churchgate, Market Square, Hitchin, on April 9.

Zbigniew Ernest: 40, of Seebohns Close, Hitchin, was fined £115 plus £85 costs for failing to attend unpaid community work on February 24 as instructed as part of a suspended sentence order imposed on April 15.

David Waugh: 37, of Hazelmere Road, Stevenage, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £600 plus £145 costs after giving a breath specimen of 63mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Glen Way, Watford on June 30.
