To officially open the Headmaster's House there will be a number of special activities on Saturday (10-1) and Sunday (2-5). Try making a rag rug, or washing with a bar of soap in a washtub. Identify mystery household objects, and see the domestic economy exhibits. Be tempted by home made cakes and preserves, best of all, visit Mr Fitch's house, now restored to the 1880s and open to view at the British Schools Museum in Queen Street. Tel 01462 420144 / 452844.
