Two brothers have been arrested and charged in relation to an alleged disturbance in which a woman in her 30s was reportedly assaulted.
The disturbance is said to have happened in Sish Lane, Stevenage, just before 8.15am last Thursday.
Tawhid Juneja, of Hangmans Lane in Welwyn, has been charged with one count of coercive and controlling behaviour and two counts of assault by beating.
His brother Omar, of Brunel Road in Stevenage, has been charged with one count of common assault.
Tawhid, 35, and Omar, 36, have both been released on bail and are due to appear before St Albans Magistrates’ Court on November 22.
