A 29-year-old burglar who targeted a dental surgery has been given a suspended sentence.
Warren Gray, of no fixed address, admitted burgling Stevenage’s Hydean Dental Practice when he appeared before Stevenage magistrates on Wednesday.
Chairman of the bench Susan Burnett sentenced him to eight weeks in prison, suspended for twelve months – noting that the seriousness of the burglary on February 7 was aggravated by Gray’s previous convictions and the fact that he had just been released from custody.
In addition to the suspended sentence, Gray must pay £23.10 compensation and £115 surcharge.
