SPORTS equipment from Sainsbury's has provided the missing piece for the Jigsaw nursery in Stevenage. Through the Active Kids voucher collection scheme, the store at Corey's Mill has been able to supply valuable sports apparatus for the nursery.

"We play an important role in this community and want to do all that we can to be part of it," said Sainsbury's store manager Mark Siggins.

"Helping local children to grow and achieve their full potential is a terrific investment for their future."

Nursery manager Kay Bradley is delighted with the donation.

She said: "The children have had lots of fun with the new equipment which helps to keep them fit and healthy and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us.
