A BLUE plaque has been presented to The Wine Society in Stevenage in recognition of its contribution to the community since its arrival in the town in 1965.
Mayor of Stevenage, Sue Myson, made the presentation at an event celebrating the completion of its new eco-friendly warehouse.
Members of the society had a guided tour of the site, and enjoyed a wine-tasting and barbeque while their children played games.
