STEVENAGE’s npower League 1 game with Notts County at The Lamex Stadium today (Saturday) has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Despite the best efforts of the club’s groundstaff a 9am pitch inspection ruled out play ahead what would have been both sides’ final match of 2012.
Elsewhere in League 1 Colchester United’s home clash with Swindon Town has also been called off.
Boro are set to return to action on New Year’s Day (Tuesday) away at Walsall.
