Guy Madjo counts Bristol City, Crawley Town and Shrewsbury Town among his former clubs
Stevenage have signed Cameroon-born striker Guy Madjo, subject to international clearance.
Madjo is manager Graham Westley’s first signing of the summer as he looks to bolster his squad ahead of the new season, and his acquisition will add another body to the club’s front line after the recent departures of Taiwo Atieno and Yemi Oduabde.
Madjo counts Bristol City, Crawley Town and Shrewsbury Town among his former English clubs, while the last two seasons have seen him play in China with Guandong Sunray Cave and in Albania with Bylis Ballsh.
The 26-year-old was in the Cameroon squad for the 2008 Olympics and has a strike record of 59 goals in 146 games during his career.
