A Stevenage man suspected of raping a woman in an early morning attack in the town has been released on bail.
Detectives investigating a sex attack in March last year released a 28-year-old man arrested on Thursday morning in relation to the incident. He is due to return to Stevenage Police Station in July.
The victim of the attack, a woman in her early 30s, was assaulted on her way to work on a footpath on Chequers Bridge Road at around 6.30am.
