Boro to play Exeter on opening day followed by away trips to Chesterfield and Bournemouth
Stevenage will play host to Exeter City on the opening weekend of the 2011-12 season after the fixtures for the new season were released this morning.
Boro will host The Grecians on Saturday, August 6 before trips to Chesterfield (August 13) and then Bournemouth on a Tuesday evening (August 16).
Stevenage will have to wait until the turn of the year to visit the two Sheffield clubs, Wednesday and United, with a trip to the former set for Tuesday, February 14 and a trip to the latter on the penultimate weekend of the season.
Stevenage host Bury on the last weekend of the season for the second year in succession.
