F&C Investments Performance of the Week prize to be handed to Graham Westley
Stevenage have been awarded the F&C Investments Performance of the Week Award for their win over Newcastle United.
Boro beat the Magpies 3-1 on Saturday in the third round of the FA Cup and the award panel, made up of League Managers Association chairman Howard Wilkinson, Sir Alex Ferguson, Joe Royle, Dave Bassett and Barry Fry, were in agreement that Boro’s victory was the best of the week.
Graham Westley will receive an engraved crystal football in a presentation to be screened on Sky Soccer Saturday this weekend.
