A STEVENAGE man, being hunted by police, has been arrested after handing himself in.
Detectives are investigating the disappearance of Amelia Arnold, a 19-year-old woman also from Stevenage who they believe has been murdered.
A manhunt was launched yesterday (Saturday) to find 22-year-old Jack Wall.
Wall, from Hadrian’s Walk, Stevenage was arrested on suspicion of murder this morning (Sunday) and is currently in police custody.
Amelia has not been seen since Wednesday and searches continue in the Stevenage area to find her.
Detective chief inspector Tim Redfearn said: “Amelia’s family are extremely distraught and are desperate for information on her whereabouts.”
