A man from Stevenage who was caught in possession of thousands of indecent videos and pictures of children has been handed a suspended jail sentence.
Mark Roulson, of Prestatyn Close in Stevenage, pleaded guilty at Cambridge Crown Court on Friday to three offences of possessing indecent images of children, one charge of possessing extreme pornographic images and one charge of possessing indecent images of a child.
Officers found 628 videos and 4,321 photos of girls aged from four to 15 at Roulson’s home.
He has been given a 16-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, and has been placed on the sex offenders’ register for 10 years. He will undergo 60 days of behavioural training and must pay £25 court costs.
