A man has appeared in court accused of nine offences including having sex with a 15-year-old girl.
Gary Emery, of Drakes Drive in Stevenage, appeared at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on Monday to face the charges which also include sexual assault.
All the offences are alleged to have happened between June 1 and October 17 2013.
The 43-year-old is also accused of making and possessing indecent images of children.
He has been bailed until he appears at Cambridge Crown Court today.
