A man appeared in crown court yesterday (Thursday) charged with attempted murder.
Jack Sibley, 20, of Jessop Road in Stevenage, appeared alongside Warren Reid, 22, of Seaton Road in Luton, at St Albans Crown Court.
The charges are in relation to an incident in Cheshunt on May 13 when an elderly man sustained serious injuries.
Both men will return to court on August 28 for a plea and case management hearing.
