A MAN has been charged with the murder of a 26-year-old.
Jaroslaw Kowalski was found with severe head trauma and a fractured skull at an address in Vardon Road, Stevenage, at about 5.30pm on Wednesday last week.
He later died at Lister Hospital.
Pawel Pilipow, 25, of Rye Close in Stevenage, has been charged with murder and will appear at Hatfield Remand Court this morning (Wednesday).
