A man has been charged with possession of a controlled drug after a vehicle was stopped last night (Wednesday).
Police stopped a vehicle in Cuttys Lane, Stevenage, at about 5.45pm after seeing a suspicious package inside.
Two men were taken to Stevenage Police Sation and searched before Lewis Bull, of Colestrete Close, Stevenage, was charged with possession of class B drug cannabis.
The 21-year-old has been bailed ahead of a hearing at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on October 21.
