Stevenage are being linked with a move for Notts County striker Izale McLeod.
The Nottingham Post reports that Stevenage are believed to have shown an interest in the 31-year-old, who counts MK Dons and Barnet among his former clubs, but have yet to make a formal bid.
McLeod has a year remaining on his contract while Boro are keen to bolster their attacking options.
Darren Sarll has made two signings so far this summer, bringing in defender Andrew Fox from Peterborough United and striker Matt Godden from Ebbsfleet.
