Max Ehmer can play in either defence or midfield
Stevenage are interested in signing versatile 21-year-old Max Ehmer on loan from QPR.
Boro are keen to strengthen their squad ahead of the Easter double-header against Crawley Town on Friday and Hartlepool United on Monday and are in talks with the Premier League outfit about taking the youngster on loan.
Ehmer can play at the back or in midfield, and he was on loan at Preston North End last season under the management of former Stevenage boss Graham Westley.
