Leon Hunter has been at Boro for three years
Stevenage FC head of recruitment, Leon Hunter, is to join Nottingham Forest next week.
The 33-year-old will join Forest in the role of football coordinator, two years after he was initially linked to the club.
Hunter has been with Boro for three seasons.
