Fire crews from Stevenage were called to three separate incidents in the town yesterday. Just after 5am they went to the underpass at Broadwater Crescent to deal with a motorbike on fire. Shortly before 1pm they were called to a small fire in a kitchen in a house in Chertsey Rise.
Then at 4.30pm they put out a small fire that had been deliberately started in woodland in St Nicholas Park off Lincoln Road.
