Twenty-three local activities have already been registered for Bike Week and one of them is the CTC's Stevenage Circular Cycle on Sunday, June 18. There are just a few days to go so if you have not entered yet please do not delay if you want to ride. There is an entry form on the CTC's local website www.stevenagectc.info or contact Jim Brown (01438 354505) or Tina Walker (01438 235881). They can also supply the full programme of cycling activities between June 17 and 25 - all the other rides are free. The Circular Cycle is a 50 mile challenge ride starting from Fairlands Valley Park and visiting many of the villages that surround Stevenage. An extra dimension this year is that you will finish to the sounds of Rock in the Park. The easy evening rides are getting more and more popular, there was a fantastic 42 people on Wednesday's ride to Rushden, so try one soon.

Stevenage International Club: Meet at the Reformed Church Hall on Friday at 7.30pm. In this month's meeting Don Hills revisits his old haunts, entry fee £2, membership per annum £3.50.
