A Stevenage teenager has been charged with supplying class A drugs, and is set to appear before a crown court judge this month.

Officers from the Stevenage Operation Scorpion team raided an address in Mildmay Road on Thursday and arrested Zanyar Rasul, 18.

He has since been charged with possession with intent to supply class A and class B drugs, as well as offences relating to the Proceeds of Crime Act.

He appeared before Hatfield magistrates on Friday and was remanded into custody. He is set to appear at St Albans Crown Court on Friday, October 19.
