A Stevenage teenager is to stand trial after pleading not guilty to GBH in a Letchworth stabbing case.
The 14-year-old – who cannot be identified for legal reasons – denies GBH, attempted GBH and possessing a kitchen knife in a public place.
The charges relate to an alleged incident described as happening in Letchworth on January 7 this year.
The 14-year-old is set to attend a case management hearing at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
A condition of his bail, granted by Stevenage magistrates at a hearing earlier this month, forbids him to contact the victim of the stabbing.
