Luke Freeman and Greg Tansey both on target in Tuesday night’s win
Stevenage beat a QPR XI 2-0 last night (Tuesday).
First-half goals from Greg Tansey and Luke Freeman ensured a Stevenage victory against a Rangers development squad that also included first-team players Anton Ferdinand and Jose Bosingwa.
For Boro, Luke Freeman started at left-back and Darius Charles partnered new captain Jon Ashton in central defence.
Stevenage will host Watford in their next pre-season friendly on Saturday, before next Tuesday Leeds United come to town.
