A STAGE entertainer has appeared in court accused of downloading child porn.
Duncan Breeze, 31, is currently playing the lead in two smash hit musicals including The Rock and Roll Years which he is due to perform at the Gordon Craig Theatre, Stevenage, tomorrow (Friday).
He was trained at The Royal Academy and had a successful stage career appearing alongside stars including Leslie Garrett and Michael Ball.
Last week Mr Breeze appeared at Bedford Magistrates' Court charged with 20 counts of making indecent photographs of children and one count of possession of an indecent photograph of a child.
He was arrested before Christmas by Bedfordshire police when he still lived in Sandy. He has since moved to Cambridgeshire.
Mr Breeze appeared in court to confirm his name, address and date of birth and the case was adjourned until after he finishes performing in his show.
He was released on bail on condition that he does not work with children under the age of 17.
The Gordon Craig Theatre confirmed on Tuesday that Mr Breeze will still be appearing in The Rock and Roll Years tomorrow.
