Stevenage midfielder came off the bench to score against Forfar at the weekend
St Johnstone manager Tommy Wright has praised on-loan Stevenage player James Dunne.
The midfielder, who has joined the Scottish Premiership side until the end of the season, came off the bench on Saturday to score in the 4-0 win over Forfar in the Scottish Cup, leading Wright to praise Boro’s Player of the Year from last season.
“James has come in and he’s had to wait a couple of weeks to get on the pitch and I thought he was excellent when he came on and looked a really good player,” Wright said.
“And he took the goal really well, it was a great finish.”
