There will be something for everyone at Baldock and Letchworth Fire Station’s open day on Saturday.
As well as a focus on safety through chip pan and road traffic demonstrations, there will be plenty of fun with both a bouncy castle and Reqs the fire dog making an appearance.
Crew members will be on hand throughout the day to offer safe advice to families and there will be volunteers manning the barbecue and cake stalls.
Children are also being asked to bring along their favourite teddy bear for a parachute launch.
