The Pumas and Tigers of Baldock Town Youth girls' under-10s were the guests of international footballer Faye White.

The Arsenal and England captain organised for the Baldock teams to be ball girls on Sunday at Borehamwood FC for Arsenal Ladies versus their Everton counterparts.

This was third time lucky for the girls as previously one game had be rescheduled and the other was postponed due to snow.

Eighteen girls from the club travelled with their families with nine ball girls for each half.

Although the entertaining game finished without a goal, the girls were given a goody bag comprising posters, cards and pens.

They also had the opportunity to meet both the Arsenal and Everton players after the game.

Baldock Pumas coach Sara Shoobert said: "After having the disappointment of two previous games cancelled, it was fantastic that the girls finally got to be ball girls.

"It was a very enjoyable day. Thank you to Faye for her help in organising the trip.
